Vitamin C 1000 mg 90 tablets
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an organic compound from the polyhydroxy alcohol group. As a water-soluble vitamin, it is an exogenous substance that must be supplied to the body through food or dietary supplements, since the human body cannot synthesize it on its own. Vitamin C occurs naturally in fresh fruit and vegetables – it can be found in black currants, strawberries, and kiwi, as well as in peppers, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage.
