L-Theanine VEGE 90 capsules

L-Theanine – is an organic compound classified as a non-protein amino acid. It is a derivative of glutamine and can cross the blood-brain barrier. It occurs naturally in the L-form in the leaves of Camellia sinensis, making green tea one of its main dietary sources.

Inulin is a plant-derived polysaccharide composed of more than 30 monosaccharide units linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds in an unbranched chain. It serves as a storage carbohydrate in plants. Inulin is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and reaches the large intestine largely unchanged, where it is fermented by gut bacteria. It is used as a source of dietary fibre and as a prebiotic.

The HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule used in this product is a high-quality capsule made from plant-based materials. The term “plant-based capsule shell (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)” has replaced the previous wording “filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose” to more clearly emphasize the function and plant-based origin of the capsule. The capsule itself remains unchanged and serves solely as the product’s shell-it is not a filler.
