BCAA Instant 400 g watermelon
BCAA (Branched-chain amino acids) are branched chain amino acids that, as the name suggests, are characterized by a branched side chain. BCAA consists of amino acids such as L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These are exogenous compounds that must be delivered to the body from the outside, along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements, because the body is not able to synthesize them on its own. BCAAs are about ⅓ proteins that build muscle tissue, and the place of their degradation, unlike other amino acids, are mainly skeletal muscles, which makes, that branched chain amino acids are appreciated and willingly used by athletes and physically active people.
