Sources of ascorbic acid include acerola, blackcurrants, oranges, strawberries, kale, Brussels sprouts, peppers, and kohlrabi.

L-ascorbic acid (vit. C), vegetable capsule shell (Glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

The HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule used in this product is a high-quality capsule made from plant-based materials. The term “plant-based capsule shell (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)” has replaced the previous wording “filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose” to more clearly emphasize the function and plant-based origin of the capsule. The capsule itself remains unchanged and serves solely as the product’s shell-it is not a filler.
