Mg + B6 90 tablets
Magnesium – a chemical element with the symbol Mg. It is a mineral found in relatively large amounts in the body and is therefore classified as a macronutrient. In the human body, magnesium is stored mainly in the bones and muscles. Whole-grain cereal products, seeds, and nuts are considered dietary sources of magnesium.
Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble B vitamin that must be obtained from external sources, as the body is unable to synthesize it on its own. It is found primarily in whole-grain cereal products, offal, dried legumes, and dietary supplements.
