Shipping Destinations

We ship orders across Europe and internationally from our central warehouse in the Czech Republic.

If your country is supported at checkout, we are able to ship to you. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot deliver there at this time.


Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 16:00 GMT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling time: Standard handling and packaging time is 1 business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • European Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping (outside Europe): 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, or seasonal demand are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Worldwide flat rate: €10.00

  • Final shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted international and local courier services to ensure safe delivery, including:

  • DHL

  • DPD

  • Itella

  • Omniva Parcel Terminal

  • Other reputable postal providers where applicable

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.


Undeliverable, Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: If a package is returned to us because of wrong delivery details provided by the customer, reshipping costs will apply.

  • Uncollected parcels: If an order is not collected within the required timeframe and returned to us, reshipping fees will be charged.

  • Lost in transit: If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a free replacement.

  • Marked as delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors and your local courier office. If still unresolved, contact us for support.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside the EU and UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be modified or cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • After dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Returns may still be requested under our Refund & Returns Policy.
