GENERAL POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Opened, altered, or specially handled items (including products requiring controlled storage conditions) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or damaged items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Missing items: If part of your order is missing, we will verify your claim and ship the missing items at no additional cost.

  • Change of mind or unsatisfactory purchase: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons, you may return the item at your own expense. Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure your return is processed quickly:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Repack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the return to our warehouse:

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

  • If the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., opened or used), no refund will be issued.

UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST ORDERS

  • Incorrect address provided by customer: If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged a redelivery fee equal to the shipping cost.

  • Uncollected packages: If an order is returned to us because it was not collected on time, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Lost in transit: If your order is lost during transit, we will issue a replacement once the courier confirms the loss.

  • Marked as delivered but not received: If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, first check with your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

  • Customs duties and taxes: Import fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Endurance Vitals.

  • Customs delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance in your country.

  • Seized shipments: If a shipment is seized by customs, we will offer a one-time reshipment free of charge. If seized again, the order will not be refunded, though store credit or paid reshipment may be offered.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Modifications: Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you wish to modify your order. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued as store credit or original payment refund, depending on the request.

  • After shipping: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may request a return (see Section 2).
