Please note: We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, altered, or specially handled—this includes products that require controlled storage conditions, as their integrity may be compromised.

Return Eligibility

• Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Unsatisfactory Purchase: If you’re simply not satisfied, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

• Missing Items: If any part of your order is missing, we will cover the return shipping for the relevant items.

Refunds
