Description
This synergistic blend combines zinc, magnesium, and active vitamin B6 designed to contribute to important physiological functions. Magnesium supports normal muscle function and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal metabolism of macronutrients and supports the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems, and assists normal protein metabolism. The formula also contains melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and helps regulate sleep quality.
Recommended Use: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably between meals or at bedtime.
