Contains 600 mg of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid acts as a potent antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage. It also supports normal insulin sensitivity and contributes to the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.
Ingredients: Alpha-lipoic acid, gelatin capsule, titanium dioxide, iron oxides/hydroxides, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).
May contain gluten, soy, and milk derivatives.
Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule daily.
