A dietary supplement combining natural fiber from Plantago ovata seed husk and chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus), along with probiotic bacteria strains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.

Recommended Use: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 g) in half a glass of water and drink immediately, followed by additional water. Use twice daily. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years of age.

- Chicory inulin – 4.75 g
- Lactobacillus acidophilus – 1 × 10⁸ CFU
